Mr. Whitson has over 12 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, compliance, and project management.  As a Project Geologist with HydroCon, he offers invaluable knowledge and significant experience with environmental planning and investigations and state and federal environmental regulations.  He has extensive experience performing Phase I/II ESAs, site investigations, construction and drilling oversight, remediation system construction and O&M, and both HOT and UST decommissioning.  Mr. Whitson is well versed in all manner of environmental drilling and sampling methodologies and sampling of environmental media including air, groundwater, sediment, soil, surface water, and stormwater.

Mr. Whitson also has substantial experience with drafting and mapping software including CAD and GIS, and has prepared numerous deliverable figures, maps, and geodatabases for both clients and regulators.
