Ms. Crosby has over 9 years experience in civil and environmental engineering design, hydrologic modeling, environmental permitting, environmental sampling, and extensive construction management work. Ms. Crosby also has experience in stormwater management services, includes stormwater conveyance and treatment design, water quality monitoring, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination permit compliance assistance. Ms. Crosby has enjoyed helping various facilities comply with regulatory water quality and waste management standards. She also has experience in grading, pavement, and commercial and industrial site plan design.
