SERVICES RENDERED:
- Subsurface investigation to determine the nature and extent of petroleum contamination in soil and groundwater.
- Preparation and implementation of corrective action plan (CAP)
- Coordination and implementation of remedial excavation including:
- Permitting
- Dismantle and Remove Remediation System
- Well abandonment
- Surveying
- Geotechnical and structural engineering review and oversight
- Installation of shoring
- Removal and disposal of PCS
- Confirmation soil sampling
- Backfill and compaction of excavation
- Install and develop replacement groundwater monitoring well
- Surface restoration including asphalt paving and concrete panels to match existing surface conditions
- Perform quarterly post-remediation groundwater quality monitoring.
- Data management, QA/QC review of laboratory data, data entry into data summary tables, data entry into Ecology’s Environmental Information Management (EIM) database.
- Attend Quarterly TAAG meetings with assigned Ecology Northwest Regional project manager.
- Project Management; Client Consultation; coordination of staff, subcontractors, and laboratory; communications
- Regulatory compliance, monitoring, reporting and communications.
