As President of HydroCon, David is responsible for company vision and direction. He oversees company operations, business development, client relations, marketing and sales. David has a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Toxicology.

David has over 22 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. As a consultant he has managed numerous remediation projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. These projects included Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater remediation projects, UST decommissioning, design and installation of remediation systems, and preparation of feasibility studies, cleanup action plans, proposals, and final reports.

Previously as Vice President of an environmental contracting firm, his responsibilities included management of a multitude of projects up to $3 million in value. These projects included environmental remediation, demolition, asbestos abatement, storm water installation and monitoring, and installation of utilities for both the public and private sectors. Additional responsibilities have included forecasting the company’s manpower and financial expenditure needs, meeting with clients and regulatory agencies, and management of administrative staff.
